This 2022 release of Caves d'Esclans The Pale by Sacha Lichine is a serious rosé with an added dash of fun, as echoed by its striking bottle and playful label inspired by early magazine illustrations of scenes from the roaring '20s.
Made from grapes influenced by the fresh sea air of the French Riviera, it has all the characteristics of an authentic rosé from Provence. Expressive, with great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate, The Pale is bone dry but with a finish that's both soft and creamy with undeniable elegance.
