TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Initial aromas of dark berries give way to hints of fig and wild strawberry, spicy notes of allspice and pink and aromatic peppercorn, plus scents of flowery garrigue.

Taste: A powerful and faceted palate with dark, deep, concentrated fruit. Notable tannins and the mouthwatering bitterness of sloe and cranberry are refreshed on the finish with notes of mint and aniseed.
