An intricate blend crafted with 100% estate-owned grapes in conversion to organic viticulture: where minerality meets creaminess.
Presented in a unique 80% recycled glass bottle, it is a gastronomic wine to be enjoyed with food, no matter the course. On the nose it’s complex and intense – ripe apricot, pepper, almond paste and nuts are complemented by a hint of honey. On the palate it’s full bodied with a smooth, velvety texture and fine notes of dried fruits, layered with a long and mineral finish.
