Cloudy Bay Te Wahi 2014
In its relentless passion for exploring new terriroties, Cloudy Bay settled in 2010 in the most extreme, southerly and continental New-Zealand terroit: Central Otago. Te Wahi is the voice of Central Otago, a complex earthy and structured fine wine.
HOW TO ENJOY
HOW TO ENJOY

Appearance: Dark and intense.
Aroma: The nose is focused and complex, with red and black cherries, black plum, and rich Christmas cake spices. As the wine unfolds, smoky flint and floral notes appear.
Taste: The youthful palate of sweet fruit is framed by bright acidity, balanced by a supple, velvety texture and a firm tannin structure. The finish is long and rewarding.
Te Wahi is particularly well-suited to pairing with wild game and duck, venison and wagyu beef
It’s a perfect addition to any winter banquet - try it with slow-roasted lamb shoulder and grilled root vegetables, or beef wellington and parsnip purée.
