Glenmorangie A Tale of Spices is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky inspired by the mosaic of flavours and vibrant colours from spice markets, A Tale of Spices is born—a whisky that encapsulates the essence of these storied marketplaces.
For Dr Bill, these places evoke a sense of wonder and fascination. The aromatic scent of cumin, cinnamon, saffron, and other spices fills the air, drawing visitors into a world of sensory delight.
A Tale of Spices is meticulously matured in four types of casks, including Moroccan wine casks – rarely seen in the whisky industry, infusing it with a distinctive complexity and depth of character.
HOW TO ENJOY
HOW TO ENJOY

Colour: Mustard Gold
Aroma: Spicy, sweet and wonderfully perfumed, with lovely perfumed notes of rose, carnation, jasmine and lilac, along with a myriad of spices – cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chilli and anise, along with some gentle sweet oak and chestnut. With a few drops of water, some delicate fruits emerge, along with a touch of menthol and bread dough.
Taste: The mouthfeel bursts with sizzling spices, lots of ginger, black pepper and mustard seed, which gives a bold earthiness to the flavour, but this is backed up by a soft sweetness like mint toffee and demerara sugar along with some sugar-coated almonds. The whole palate is lifted by a distinct eucalyptus note, and finally the aftertaste has hints of clove, leather and peppermint.
Enjoy with your favourite mixer, neat, with a little water or on the rocks
