Appearance: Shades of mahogany are a mark of this cognac’s fine balance.

Aroma: Initial impressions of vanilla, clove and cinnamon give way to delicate toasted notes, courtesy of the oak barrels in which the eaux-de-vie are aged.

Taste: A signature combination of strength and smoothness is what makes V.S.O.P so iconic. The long-lasting finish is testament to the quality of the cognac itself.

Scallop carpaccio with a touch of ginger, salt, lime and olive oil , Wagyu beef tournedos with fresh ginger and sautéed shiitake mushrooms, Hen, roasted and then cooked at low temperature. Casserole vegetables, ivory sauce with V.S.O.P cognac or finsihed with Madagascar vanilla and saffron soufflé or pear Tarte Tatin with a touch of vanilla & cinnamon
