Aroma: This 2022 Insignia captivates the senses with vibrant aromas of black berry, rich cocoa, and freshly roasted expresso accented by tobacco leaf.

Taste: On the palate, these dark fruit characteristics are harmonized with warm tones of redwood bark and baking spices.

Insignia's depth and structure pair well with grilled beef fillet, beef short rib and rack of lamb accompanied by seasonal vegetables and a potato purée. It also goes well with flank steak with chimichurri sauce, pan-seared ribeye steak and grilled portobello mushrooms.
