Appearance: A light golden colour and fine, vivacious bubbles.

Aroma: Aromas of flowers in bloom, ripe, dried and citrus fruits, as well as marzipan and gingerbread.

Taste: The palate reveals flavours of almond paste, hazelnuts, nougat, quince, lemon, limoncello and dried fruit.

Pairs with simple or sophisticated dished. Enjoy with Jabugo ham and mature Comté. Try serving with seafood dishes such as fresh oysters or grilled shrimp. For slightly heavier, spiced meals, Indian or Moroccan cuisines pair well. For dessert serve with carrot cake, tarte tatin or cheesecake.
