TASTING NOTES

Colors: Golden and iridescent yellow

Nose: As the wine breathes, the initial reductive notes of mocha, toast, tobacco, smoky, the most volatile ones, gradually give way to sweet and sugary notes like nougatine, honey, resin, and vanilla. Then, the fruit asserts itself and radiates, rising into an intense, summery bouquet of roasted stone fruits, apricot, mirabelle plum, fig, and heady flowers like jasmine and lavender.

Palate: The initial power has melded into a generous opulence. The body is well-developed, broad, and the texture is smooth. The sensation of sweetness and smoothness of summer stone fruits is evident. The extended finish persists with menthol and spicy notes. The overall impression is mature and undeniably charming.
