Each Grand Vintage is unique, expressing the Moët & Chandon Cellar Master's personal interpretation of the year. Grand Vintage Collection 2003 is the well-balanced result of some challenging weather conditions. After 14 years in the cellar, the initial bitterness has softened and the finish has become smooth but remains surprisingly fresh with notes of sap, fig and dark chocolate.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE Bright golden colour with a hint of green.

AROMA Initial notes of crème brûlée, praline and nougatine give way to warm notes of dried apricot, date and fig – all mingling with hints of tea and spices.

TASTE Smooth and velvety with a full-bodied, voluptuous and enveloping palate, plus concentrated fruit flavours reminiscent of roasted flambéed pineapple.
