TASTING NOTES

An elegant color. Bright golden yellow, fine bubbles, persistent ring of foam at the surface.

A ripe, warm bouquet. After 15 years ageing in our cellars, the yeasty aromas have reached maturity with initial notes of roasted chestnut toast mocha, and nougat. On aeration, concentrated fruit such as roasted pear and candied pineapple is revealed. Spicy, sweet scents complete the bouquet with lingering notes of cinnamon, almond calissons and brown sugar.

A graceful palate with a sleek structure. On the palate, the initial purity and prec1s1on remain. Over time, the wine's substance has become richer and more generous. The texture remains soft and silky. The flavours linger in a superb long finish, with a delicious hint of bitterness and a touch of smoke.
