This sumptuous 14-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was created in celebration of Alexander Cowie’s journey home from Hong Kong and “The Way” he crafted thereafter, inspired by the spices of the Far East. Alexander Cowie set sail from Hong Kong as a doctor, yet docked in Scotland as a distiller, soon to invent the unique 2.81 Distillation Process known as “The Way.”
This innovative technique has been passed down through generations of initiated distillers since 1896. Boldly made to reveal the unexpected side of Speyside, this whisky embodies both tradition and adventure.
