HOW TO ENJOY
HOW TO ENJOY
Appearance: Pink with warm copper tones
Aroma: The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry) leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche). Expressive aromas of strawberry and very ripe wild strawberries.
Taste: full bodied and deliciously fruity with intense flavours of juicy ripe strawberries and cherries. A burst of red fruits
Veuve Clicquot Rosé works with rich, smoky dishes, executed simply. Start with oak-smoked salmon and zingy pickled cucumber. The champagne's intense fruit flavours and slightly biscuity finish will work well with peppery smoked duck breast.
Dishes to be shared: Pies, lasagne, bouillabaisse
Finger food: tapas, antipasti, sesame crackers, vegetable chips and raw vegetables

Wine Spectator – 92 POINTS: A harmonious rosé, with crunchy acidity well-meshed to the lacy mousse and minerally, smoke-and-stone-laced underpinning, forming a fine frame for the flavours of white cherry an pink grapefruit zest, accented by a touch of whole-grain toast. Drink now
Wine Enthusiast – 88 POINTS: A classic of it’s kind, this is soft with a relatively high dosage while also having a fine balance between ripeness and crisper fresh character. The bottling is ready to drink.
